Modern, lively and sophisticated, Vilamoura has developed around its marina, and is today one of the largest leisure resorts in Europe.
The town is built around a tourist resort begun in the 1970s. But the Romans already knew the area, as is clear from the ruins of Cerro da Vila, preserved in the museum of the same name, beside the access road to Falésia Beach.
Excellent hotels and tourist villages, and golf courses of international repute offer a complete package for those looking to spend some relaxing days by the sea. The marina, the largest in the country with 1300 berths, is the main hub of entertainment, not only for those who arrive by boat, but for everyone spending a holiday in the area and who come here in the late afternoon or evening to enjoy an ice cream or dinner. It’s also the right place for shopping, with a wide range from local craft stores to the most prestigious international brands. As for the nightlife, there are many bars and clubs with the best DJs and the Vilamoura Casino promises to really get the adrenaline running.
There are countless activities to do during the day. Tennis, horse riding, sailing, windsurfing, jet skiing, parasailing, boat trips, fishing, the range is so huge you’ll be spoilt for choice. The warm waters and golden sands are a stone’s throw away. From the pontoon east from the Marina, the sands of Vilamoura Beach extend to Quarteira; and to the west is Falésia Beach, which stretches for miles, only finishing at Olhos de Água, so there’s plenty of space to lay out your towel and sunbathe on the beach. Safety conditions are the best, and there are many amusements for a few perfect days at the seaside.

October is a great time to visit Vilamoura for fewer crowds and great weather. The sun shines all day, bringing warm temperatures and lots of bright sunshine every day of the month. Vilamoura weather in October is very warm with an avarage highest temperature of 23º C.

These new superior units are comprised of two bedrooms furnished with extra large beds, TV and air conditioning.

How to get
FARO International Airport (FAO) is the nearest airport to reach Vilamoura. The organizational committee will provide transfers only from Faro Airport. Tranfers from Lisbon or Seville will not be provided.
If you arrive at Lisbon airport (Transfer is NOT included on the packages):

There are two convenient ways (Bus or Train) to get to Vilamoura from Lisbon, Portugal’s capital city.

From Lisbon Airport, you can a taxi or subway to take you to Gare do Oriente bus / train station that will connect you to Vilamoura in Algarve, Portugal.

If you want to take a bus, get tickets for Renex buses. The bus trip to Vilamoura will take about 3.5 hours, including a 15-minute stop over.

If you prefer the train, you will have to embark at Loule and take another taxi to Vilamoura. You can take the train that operates twice daily via Lisbon Entrecampos to Algarve. Just a warning, you might encounter a little difficulty in getting a cab at Loule. But once you get one, you can ask the driver for Vilamoura (Browns Sports Resort) directions

Renting a car / van at Lisbon Airport is also a possibility.

This tournament is open to all Automotive, Aviation, Financial, Logistics, Medical, Media, Petrol, Real Estate, Security, Telecom and other Companies.

All players must be employees (or former employees), from the registered company, however each team is allowed to bring up to 2 players outside the company (but non professionals football players).

During the registration process, teams must present Company ID Cards confirming that the players belong to the company or that are not professionals football players.

The organization can provide wild cards and this decision should be taken by the organizers.

Teams can apply unlimited players, staff or guests.

To participate at this tournament the organization provides 3 packages:
- Executive package;
- Economy package;
- Basic package.

To apply, participants must accept all the services included in each package.

Other packages with less services WILL NOT be provided to participants. More services can be included in each package with extra costs.

To be part of the tournament, the packages must be requested to the organizational committee.
Anyone who doesn't book a package with the organizational committee will not be considered as a participant and cannot be part of a team.

The captain / manager of each team is responsible to collect the money from the whole team and make the payment of the packages to the organizational committee .
Individual payments are not accepted.

We have limited availability for each package and also limited rooms available at the resort.
For this reason, we will give priority to the teams that send us the payments within the deadline date.
On the other hand for teams that do not make payments or payment is made after the deadline, we can not guarantee them the requested package or even a spot in our tournament.

Deadlines for cancellation and no-shows

Until 05th September 2021 - 100 % package refund;

Between 06th September and 13th September 2021 - 50 % package refund

After 13th September 2021 - Package will not be refunded.

Note: Cancellations related to COVID, duly substantiated, will be analyzed case-by-case.
Football Games
Our tournament will be played at Browns Sports Resort on three Natural 7-a-side pitches.

In order to allow the organizational committee to organize Corporate Football Cup, a minimum of 4 teams must participate.

Tournament can be cancelled if less than 4 teams are registered.

Photographs and/or video will be taken in this event. By taking part on it you grant the organizing committe full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in our printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.
